Trademark Appeal a Refusal

If the Examiner maintains their refusal to register your mark, you can appeal to the decision to the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). File a Request for Reconsideration after issuance of a final Office action and before the deadline for filing an appeal and with a Notice of Appeal, and your application will be referred to the TTAB for processing of the appeal. By having the TTAB review your application, you will have a new set of eyes review your application.
